Enter the Giveaways

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of PropKings. PropKings reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it believes in good faith violates these rules.

PropKings is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the Discord account.

PropKings reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond PropKings' reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. This giveaway is open to legal residents who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

You may enter the giveaway through either of the following methods:

• Online Entry: Purchase an evaluation account from participating prop firms using code "PK" and submit your transaction details through this website. Each qualifying purchase equals one (1) entry. Account resets also qualify for one (1) entry each.
• Free Mail-In Entry: To enter without purchase, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, Discord username, and phone number on a standard 3" x 5" index card and mail it to: PropKings Giveaway, 1887 Whitney Mesa Dr #1484, Henderson, NV 89014. Each properly completed index card received equals one (1) entry.

This giveaway is open to individuals who have reached the age of majority in their state, province, or country of residence at the time of entry. Employees of PropKings and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

The giveaway operates on a weekly basis. Each week begins on Monday at 12:00 AM EST and ends on Sunday at 11:59 PM EST. All entries (online and mail-in) must be received during the applicable weekly period to be eligible for that week's drawing.

For mail-in entries, the postmark date must fall within the entry period. Late entries will not be accepted.

Following submission, new entrants and their eligible entries will be added to the applicable giveaway drawing within seven (7) calendar days. PropKings makes commercially reasonable efforts to process all entries promptly, though processing times may vary.

Placement of any entry on the random selection wheel is not guaranteed. PropKings reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to withhold, delay, or decline to place any entry for reasons that may include, without limitation, an incorrect, invalid, or unverifiable Order ID; suspected fraudulent, duplicate, or ineligible entries; or technical errors, failures, or limitations. Any such determination made by PropKings is final and binding.

Winners will be selected through a random drawing conducted by PropKings within 48 hours of the close of each weekly entry period. The drawing will be conducted by a representative of PropKings whose decisions are final and binding.

Winners will be notified via Discord and/or email within 5 business days of the drawing. If a selected winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of notification, or if the prize is unclaimed, an alternate winner may be selected.

Weekly prize values vary and will be announced at the beginning of each giveaway period. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied.

Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes on prizes. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted except at the sole discretion of PropKings.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable entry period. All eligible entries (online and mail-in) have an equal chance of winning.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless PropKings and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

Information collected from entrants is subject to PropKings' Privacy Policy. By entering the giveaway, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in these Official Rules and the Privacy Policy.

By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, Discord username, and likeness for promotional purposes by PropKings without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
